		<description>Hi June,

I forget how I found your site, but I just visited it again and find it so lovely, I'm adding it to my blogroll, under friends and miscellaneous. I love how you link your life with photos. Isn't the internet great?

Hi Brian,

Yes, the internet is also a great way to connect with writers, in some ways easier (stay in jammies, save on gas), and in some ways harder (nose to screen, missing sound of voices, sort through oceans of incoming). The key is your passion for wanting to grow, and then finding the best way to do it. Thanks for your praise, and being part of this little corner of the web universe.

<description>I have just found your comment on the Pete Seeger program on my blog, which led me to yours. I admire your focus and the amount of information on writers and writing in your April posts. I can't read any more tonight, but I'll be back! Writers are some of the most interesting people! <description>Informative post, Jerry.

I wish I had the time to attend a writer's group in my area. I know they are out there, but it takes time to find the right group, and then it takes time to connect with the others in the group, and write, and read the works of the other writers, etc. Time. And gas money.

Ugh!

I guess that's why I've gone the blog route. I have met many interesting people through my blog and have learned much from them. Blogging forces me to write and read and interact. Again, time. But I don't have to get out of my jammies if I don't want to, and my little Honda Prelude can stay relatively full for the drive to work.

Much to chew on and think about here. Thanks for the time you put into helping us grow as writers.
